PIP (Point in Percentage) measures the currency fluctuation rate of currency pairs. It represents the one-hundredth of 1% and appears in the fourth decimal point, i.e., 0.0001. The PIP calculator takes trade size, currency pair, and base currency as input to calculate the value of a pip.

Pip Calculation Formula:
Pip value = (1 pip / Exchange rate) * Lot size
Example

- Base Currency EUR
- Currency Pair EUR/USD
- Exchange Rate 1.11094 (EUR/USD)
- Lot Size 1 Lot (100000 EUR)
Pip value = (0.0001/1.11094) * 100000 = € 9.001
